For some people this is just a random statement but for others this statement is the way of life. We as human beings spend all our lives finding happiness & solace in this materialistic world by doing things we don’t want to do, to impress people we don’t like to derive that momentary happiness.

This kind of happiness & satisfaction comes with timer & it fizzles out the moment the novelty of the materialistic possession runs out of steam. So why not we should adopt something which has stood the test of time & will give you more mental peace than any tangible possessions known to man.

Yes you guessed it right its yoga which will help you achieve harmony between mind & soul.

Yoga helps in enhancing concentration this is very important all those people who complain about not being able to focus on one task at hand. Especially students who cannot focus on the topic they are s there mind keeps on wandering from one place to another unable to focus on present.
