Sukh Dukh Ke Sathi Sansthan Organised Seminar to Conclude Environment Week

Its a grace when the Senior Citizens take the lead. Senior Citizens Organisation (Sukh Dukh Ke Sathi Sansthan) took the lead this time in Dwarka and observed Environment Week concluding on Saturday, 7th June 2014.

Saturday saw a hall full of Dwarka residents and members of various NGO’s sitting together in complete concentration. All were there to be a part of the Seminar organised by Sukh Dukh Ke Sathi Sansthan as a conclusion to the week long activities that included Removal of Harmful Weeds (Congress Grass) from local parks, Desilting of Sector 23 Water Body, Cleanliness Drive and many more.

Among the speakers were Mr. Diwan Singh, Renowned Environmental Activist who gave a crucial presentation of importance of Natural Water Bodies and Mr. Shashank, HoD, Botany, Delhi University.

Shri. Suresh Yadav, Deputy Commissioner, Najafgarh Zone, South Delhi Municipal Corporation presided over the programme.

Shri Rajesh Gehlot, MLA, Matiayala also graced the programme with his presence.
