- Finely Chopped Banana – 1
- Fresh Milk – 1 cup
- Fresh Curds – 1 tbsp
- Ghee – 1 tsp
- Sugar – 3 tsp
- Basil (Tulsi) leaves – 5-6
- 5-6 (small lotus fruit) Makhana
- Combine together curds, ghee, milk and sugar and beat vigorously.
- Add small pieces of lotus fruit and wait for 5-10 minutes so that lotus fruit soaks well in mixture.
- Finally chopped banana and basil.
- Refrigerate the mixture before serving.
- Panchamrit is ready for serving.
